Entertainment is our forte. Masterclasses are a great way to learn but more importantly have fun. Our selection of classes are the perfect way to entertain you and your friends or impress potential business clients.

Cocktail Masterclasses – learn about the history of alcohol by tasting an array of different spirits along with creating cocktails of your choice. Get behind the bar and get ready to shake shake shake!
Champagne Class – This is a truly exceptional opportunity to learn about the production of one of the finer things in life, Champagne. Taste up to 5 different champagnes and discover brand new flavours and a new appreciation for the fizz.
The Gin Garden – Gin. Everyone’s favourite spirit. Take a trip to the gin garden and learn how to pair your favourite gin with flavoured tonics and garnishes. Taste exciting gin cocktails made by you and take away your very own gin tasting kit!
The Whiskey Wonder – Ever wondered how your favourite whisk(e)y is made or how it gets that caramel flavour? We’ll take you on a journey from Kentucky to Ireland and Ireland to Japan as you taste an array of the finest whiskeys.
